Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Appointments that remain unconfirmed may be canceled and released to another client after attempts to contact you. Cancellations and no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% fee. There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
